Alyssa
Hanada is
an independent consultant with experience working and volunteering with
non-profits. Alyssa combines her love of creative
and technical writing to develop compelling and effective grant proposals as
well as other written communications.

Alyssa received a
B.A. from Portland State University and takes every advantage to constantly
grow and improve her grant writing knowledge by attending classes, workshops
and joining professional organizations. In 2008 she achieved Grants Professional Certification (GPC) which validates knowledge of and competency in the grants profession through education, experience, professional development, community involvement and a pyschometrically sound exam.
When she isn't working, Alyssa loves to craft fiction, cook, travel, enjoy the outdoors, and have fun with her husband and young son.
